Delivery

We can deliver to the whole of England and Wales. In Scotland we deliver to Edinburgh and Glasgow and down to the border with England.

Despatch

Christmas orders will be dispatched on Wednesday 21st December, 2011 for delivery on Thursday 22nd December 2011.

All orders placed by 12.30pm on a Monday will be dispatched on a Thursday for delivery on the Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm.

As your purchase is perishable it is important that your order is delivered and not returned to the courier’s depot. So it is important that you give us instruction as to where your order can be left if you are out, for example, behind garden gate, in porch. Even if you intend to be in all day we still require instruction as to where the order can be left.

Delivery Costs

As we are selling fresh goods we have to courier your orders by overnight carriers. To do this as environmentally friendly as possible, we chose to package your order in Woolcool®, an innovative packaging that is both easy for you to dispose of and can even be easily recycled for other purposes.

This is not the cheapest option, but we do think it is the best. For this reason, we charge for delivery on a sliding scale (see below.) However, please note that Christmas Turkey and Goose and all orders over £100 come with FREE DELIVERY.
