Delicious Handmade Devon pasties from Freebird

Our Pasties are crammed full of tasty local ingredients. We produce a range of pasties that are handmade in our purpose built kitchen.

We were taught how to make our Traditional Beef Pasty by our friend and local pasty expert Stephen Domleo who used to run Fishleigh Farmhouse Foods near Umberleigh. We have taken his recipe and developed two chicken varieties of pasty, Chicken and Leek and Indian Chicken.

The beef for our pasties comes from local grass fed range Aberdeen Angus and obviously the chicken is ours! The potatoes are also grown locally by David Hartnoll in Braunton. The other vegetables are all sourced from a local green grocer.
