Free range chicken products
We produce a range of products all using our free range chicken. All the fresh added ingredients are sourced locally.
The products include:
- chicken liver pate
- chicken tarts (two varieties lemon and thai)
- sweet chilli wings
- soups (seasonal, our biggest seller is Chicken and Crown Prince Squash)
- sweet chilli wings
- ready meals (Chicken Cacciatora – with tomatoes, bacon, herbs and wine, Sri Lankan Chicken curry – an authentic Sri Lankan recipe from our friend Nimal at the Red Snapper Restaurant in Unawatuna, he also sources the spices for us!)
- burgers, nuggets and sausages (all made without any additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers)
All our products are made fresh every week. Due to the time scales involved we currently cannot sell them via mail order. However if you require a large volume we may be able to accommodate.
